In the heart of St. Louis, a tradition of compassion and creativity has flourished for the past decade, powered by a collaboration between Working Spaces and Kimball International.
The 10th Annual Rocking a Stocking Design Contest and Toy Drive once again brought holiday cheer to the young patients at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital, turning a hospital room into a place of joy and festive celebration.

This year’s event, held on December 7th at our St. Louis Showroom, saw an extraordinary gathering of top architects and designers from renowned firms across the Metro St. Louis Area.

The heartwarming design contest was a central highlight, featuring elaborately decorated holiday stockings that captured the spirit of the season. These stunningly adorned stockings were not only visual delights but also filled with unwrapped toys and gifts, generously provided by the participating firms.
The joyous atmosphere was further enhanced by the presence of former Cardinal players and the beloved team mascot, Fredbird, who added their charm to the festivities.
